He was predeceased by: his father James Henry Yutzy. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Jean Yutzy (Clark); his brother Dave Yutzy (Jennifer); his nephew Jacob Yutzy (Carla); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Enzo, Angelina and Jack Yutzy (Katie); and his caregiver Rosalee Knippenberg.
