He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Ann Ricewick; his sons, James D. Ricewick III (Megan) and Jeremy Ricewick (Megan); and his nieces, Jody Miller and Brook Dignan (Matt). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
