She is survived by: her husband Barry Dean Shambaugh; her daughter Whitney N. Shambaugh (Rick Mulligan); and her siblings, Kathy Dicken, Helen "Red" Forbeck (Tim Lapp), Andrea "Jo" Dicken and James "Jimbo" Forbeck.
