He is survived by: his wife Leeann Denise Steinmetz (Ricewick); his stepsons, Carter S. Bolinger and Bailey S. Bolinger (Sydney Shadwell); his grandchildren, Lilie G. Bolinger and Niko Alimo; his niece Taryn Hartley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malachi, Gabriel and Neicey; his niece Brandi Hartley; his daughter Misty McDonald; Kiyan Hartley.
