He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo Reitmeier and Nellie Reitmeier (Kocay). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Elly" D. Reitmeier (Mercer); his children, Jill M. Reitmeier, John M. Reitmeier, Jr. (Kellie) and Amy Stephens (Chuck); his grandchildren, David Troutman, Heidi Reitmeier, Kelsee Lick (Tim), Josie Reitmeier, Jalea Stephens, Soraya Stephens (Jaylen Combs) and Chelsea Stephens (Drew); his great grandchildren, Ryan VanMeter, Chance Troutman, Baylen Langan, Kai, Kaine Stephens, Luca Reitmeier, Levi Lick and Sienna Troutman; his siblings, Paul Reitmeier (Shirley) and Norma Jean Clark; and his close friends, Bill Allen, Gary Myers and Bob Andrews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
