He is survived by: his children, Krista Youngblood (Thomas) and Jonathan Moore (Sarah); his grandson Kyle Youngblood; his cousins, Sharon Goode and Mary Stewart; his nephew Christopher Chewning; and his niece Kelley Coffey.
