He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Weaver and Harriet Weaver (Harris); his brother Robert P. Weaver; and his wife Carolyn Weaver (Boswell). He is survived by: his children, Julie Weaver Murray of Salisbury, MD and Joseph L. "Jay" Weaver of Carnegie, PA; his grandsons, Jonathan Murray (Amber) of Berlin, MD and Andrew Murray (Sarah) of Berlin, MD; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Anna, Brooklyn, June, Indah and Ellis Murray.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
