She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Peter Becker and Rachel Carr Hollenberger Becker; her husband Jack Ruggles; her son Lee Ruggles; and her siblings, Adrienne Steinman (Herbert), Rachel Bohn (Frank), Rosemarie Becker, Francis (Marilyn) and Joseph (L. Joy).
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Gates (Keith); her grandchildren, Colin Gates (Jenna), Chelsea Griffin and Heather Sines (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Gates, Madison Gates and Cheyenne Sines. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
