She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isaac Hook and Emma Mae Hook (Wright); her parents-in-law, Ralph and Lillian Minick; and her siblings, Walter Perrin, Jim Hook, Helen Sheetz, Genevieve Clark, Ruth Jones, Rosalie Bell and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her husband Robert James Minick; her grandsons, Timothy Miller, Jr. and Caden James; her great grandchild Steele Jennings Leon Sears; her brother-in-law Ralph (Brenda Minick); her friends, Robert and Cathy Sines; and her pet Rascal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
She fought a long 7-year battle with Alzheimer's and is now free of this horrible disease.
