He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray M. Swick and Helena C. Swick; and his brothers, Jeff Swick, Roger Waugh and Rick Waugh.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Swick, Jr., Lisa Swick, Beverly Robey (Ellsworth Groves), John Swick (Mitzi) and Mike Swick (Shari). He is also survived by aunt, Pauline Bible; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
