He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton "Bunk" Parker and Olive "Polly" Parker (Myers). He is survived by: his wife Delphia Minnie (Kesner); his children, Fred, Ellen, Creola, Irene and Leo; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Parker and Leroy Hart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
