He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances McKnew and Worthington McKnew; and his siblings, Debbie, Carol and Dennis.
He is survived by: his pet Heinz; and his siblings, William "Billy" McKnew, Sunny McNew and Jean Opel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
