It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica Teresa Strohecker of Cumberland, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burns and Patricia Burns (Lightheart); her sister Kathleen McGrean; and her brother-in-law Raymond Jordan, II. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Jordan and Patricia "Pat" Phillips (Chuck); her nieces and nephews, Raymond Jordan, III, William C. Phillips, II, Rachel Pearlman (Drew) and Sarah A. Harvey (Jayson); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Brandon, Samantha Bennett and Sophia Pearlman.
