She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bittner and Wanda Bittner (Combs); her husband William Edgar Phillips; her brother James Bittner; her father-in-law Elrose Phillips (Schaffer); her siblings-in-law, Jackie Bittner, Anna Phillips, Hazel Hager, Mary Peer, Stanley Radcliff and Louis Hager; and her friends, Sharon Hyson, Lora Lee Kerchner and Patty Ann Ruppenkamp.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Garner (Stephen) and David Phillips (Alicia); her sister Helen "Cookie" Baker (George); her granddaughter Paris Phillips; her niece Michelle Harris (Jim); her goddaughter Carissa Perkins; and her brother-in-law Curtis "Buddy" Peer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
