She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Neil and Ruthie Athey; her daughter Phyllis Liller (Kevin Liller); her grandchildren, Cindy Farris (Gary Farris), Ivan Powell, Andrew Powell Jr., Teresa Anderson (Curtis Anderson) and Patty Parson (Doug Parsons); her great grandchildren, Katelin Farris (Carl Jackson III), Zachary Farris, Ariel Powell, Hawk Powell, Andrew Powell III (Shana Powell), Ashley Powell, Melissa Tallman (John Tallman), Cheyenne Bean (Jonah Bean), Holly Parsons, Jeremy Kennell and Aurora Kennell; and her great great grandchildren, Colton Jackson, Savanah Jackson, Bryson Farris, Brooklyn Farris, Maurice Whiteman, Ayden Powell, Aeryn Powell, Aliyah Powell, Kamora Powell, Addie Anderson, Natalie Anderson, Gannon Anderson and Dawson Elliot.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
