She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Garner (Sutton) and Curtis Garner; her siblings, Anna Mae Ramhoff, James "Jimmy" Garner, Curtis "Artie" Garner and Mary Lou Hook; and her grandsons, Eric Mills, Timothy Nutter and John Nutter.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick Seib; her children, Julia Mills (Edward Jr.), Frederick Seib (Bridget), Mary Ritter (Melvin), Barbara Riffey (Gene), Suzanne Nutter (David) and Lisa VanMeter; and her brothers, Jack Garner (Ila) and Martin Garner. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
