As Raymond James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Raymond James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Raymond James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Mitchell Rowley and Emma Mary Rowley (Testa). He is survived by: his children, Todd Rowley (Maureen) of Somerset, PA, Joelle Rowley Lyons (Brian) of Richmond, VA and Kimberly Rowley of Cumberland; his grandson Jackson Lyons; and his sisters, Lillian Jacobs (Tom) of Frostburg, Linda Snoots of Cumberland, Debbie Slider of Cumberland, Patricia Rowley of Cumberland and Darlene Lee of Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Davis Memorial Methodist Church or Western Maryland Hospice Services.
