He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Raymond and Mary Ella Blacka; and his siblings, Katie Wilson, Duke Blacka, Bill Blacka and Mike Blacka.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Blacka Jr., Cody Blacka, Toby Blacka (Shannon) and Dalton Blacka; his grandchildren, Toby Jr. and Bella; his brothers, John Blacka and George Blacka (Kitten); and the mother of his children Susan Ray Blacka. He is also survived by extended family including many nieces and nephews.
