He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richard Nixon, Sr. and Lavernia Kathleen Nixon (Baker); and his siblings, Earl Nixon, Robert Nixon, Harold "Steve" Nixon, Mary Wagoner and Deborah L. Nixon.
He is survived by: his sister Cinda Bucklew; and his brother-in-law Robert Wagoner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
