It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Regina Ruth Whiteman of Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Allen Isner and Zelda Ruth Isner (Stewart). She is survived by: her children, Gayle Virts (John) and Dane O. Whiteman, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tommy Ricker, III (Jess) and Dane Whiteman, III (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Tommy Ricker, IV, Marilyn Ricker and Dane Whiteman, IV; her grandson Weston Whiteman; and her sisters-in-law, Susie Wagner and Martha Whiteman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
