He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Raley and Verna Raley (Sturtz). He is survived by: his wife Janet Raley; his children, Kimberly Kimes (Kent), Jennifer Sentelle (Edward) and Jason Raley (Ashely); his brother Eugene Raley; and his grandchildren, Haley Johnson (Robert), Ralin Sims (Ben), Kasey Raley, Kayla Muse (Chaz), Faith Sentelle, Paige Sentelle, Ava Kimes, Jace Raley and Gabriel Kimes. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
