She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph S. Phillips and Vinnie V. Phillips (Lauderbaugh); her husband Reverend Alan D. Smith; and her brothers, Melvin L. Phillips and Paul E. Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Davis (Ernest), Philip Smith (Beth) and Timothy Smith (Deborah); and her siblings, Darlene F. Ead and Daniel L. Phillips. She is also survived by greatgrandchildren.
