She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Emma Steele (Burkholder) and William Davis Steele; her husband Jack Ray Bittner, Sr.; and her sisters, Hilda Loretta Keefer (Elmer) and Keefer of Cumberland, MD..
She is survived by: her children, Jack Ray Bittner, Jr., Gary D. Bittner (Pam) and Sabrina Gross (Robert). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
