He was predeceased by: his father Cletus Minor Self; and his sister Lana "Kay" Miller. He is survived by: his children, Krista Smith (Shawn), Brooke Self and Steven "Josh" Self; his siblings, Carolyn Frantz (Charles), Donna Dayton (Buster) and Larry Self (Patricia); his grandchildren, Trenton, Carter, Chelsea, Sydnee, Logan, Brynne and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Tytan, Addison and Zaelynn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
