She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Brown; and her siblings, Ed Robertson, Jeannie Shillingburg and Chloe Dhillon. She is survived by: her son Garrett Brown (Christina McKenzie); her sisters, Cassie Martin and Maggie Hoff (Burnie); and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Morgan (Charles), Mary Jane Brown and Gary Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
