He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walter Koelker, Sr. and Mary Ursula Koelker (Nies). He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Ann Hott (Denny) and Krista Lynn Twigg (Dirk); his grandchildren, Jaret, Trevor and Nathan; his great grandchild Aria; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Koelker (Tracy), Kathy Darr (Danny) and Kim Stafford (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
