She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Patricia Phillips (Bowman); her grandparents, Melvin Edward and Aletha Bowman (Riggleman); her siblings, Steve Phillips, Sondra Porter (Gary) and Linda Sonnenleiter; and her niece Kallee Lichtl.
She is survived by: her daughter Jenny Hood (Robbin); her brother Michael Phillips (Mary); her siblings-in-law, Peggy Phillips and Jon Sonnenleiter; her friends, Bethany Rafferty and Sara Snoberger; Diane and Rob Hood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
