He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Lee Vowell; his brother Ronald Lee Vowell, Jr.; his uncle Darrell Sommerlatt (Milton Sensabaugh); and his cousins, Carson and Jesse Sommerlatt.
He is survived by: his mother Iris Vowell (Sommerlatt); his daughter Samantha Perron (Robby); his stepson Cory Williams; his granddaughters, Olivia and Sophie; his sister Krista Clark (Kevin); his sister-in-law Marie Vowell; his nieces and nephews, Ali, Ciara Clark, Tiffany Beasley, Aaron Vowell and Tommy Beasley; and his close friend Dale Turpin.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Prosperity United Methodist Church Cemetery (13503 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530).
