She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. McCullough and Ermalinda "Lena" McCullough; her husband Gregory Hess; her daughter Karyn Davies; and her siblings, Carol Jean Clise and Billy McCullough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Rice (Keith) and Amy Phillips (Kevin); her grandchildren, Tara Rice, Lauren Rice (Jennifer), Katie Mallow (Levi), Keith Rice Jr. (Chloe), Madison Shatzer (Daniel) and Macie Phillips (Derrick); her great grandchildren, Lexi Dolan, Weston, Emily Mallow, Keith III and Carson Rice; her siblings, John McCullough (Vicki) and Sue Pryor (Keith); and her boyfriend Dave Starkey. She is also survived by her extended family including many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her many friends.
