She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert George and Twila George (Bowser); her siblings, Mary Albright, John, Duane and Delmos George; and her grandson Joshua Shumaker.

She is survived by : her husband Dale Shumaker; her children, Tracy Mower (Bob) and Reverend Scott Shumaker (Tracey); her grandsons, Adam, Anthony Mower, Nathan and Eli Shumaker; and her great grandchild Brayden Shumaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
