She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Amanda (Donahue) and Francis Joseph Michaels; her husband Thomas R. Sweitzer; her grandson Brian Sweitzer; and her siblings, Leo, Jake Michaels, Bernice Growden and Leona Crowe.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Sweitzer (Pauline) and Pamela K. Funkhouser (Timothy); her siblings, Victor Michaels (Dottie) and Faye Shelton; her sister-in-law Loretta Michaels; her grandchildren, Matthew Sweitzer (Tosha), Adam Funkhouser and Chris Sweitzer (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Jason, Devon and Skyler; and her cousin Ilene Donahue Hunter.
