He was predeceased by: his parents, William Laurels Dize and LaVerne Gertrude Dize (Lahner). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dize; his children, Melissa Dize and William "Billy" Dize (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Dayna and Russell; and his siblings, JoAnn Costa, Wayne Dize, Mahlon Dize, Evelyn Dorman and Norman Dize. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
