He is survived by: his sisters, Tammy Woelfer of Essex, MD and Cheryl Rookstool of Curtis Bay, MD; his nieces, Misty Dobson (James) of Newport News, VA, Ruby Nolt (Joshua) of Lancaster, PA, Valerie Fortner (Joshua) of Glen Rock, PA, Christine Mossman and Jessica Mossman-Dunn (Marc); and his nephew Gregory Mossman of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by his five great-nephews and six great-nieces.
