With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Charles Miller Sr. of Curtis Bay, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan H. Miller and Georgia E. (Gilbert). He is survived by: his significant other Sandy (Carper); his son Robert "Bob" Charles, Jr.; his grandchildren, Melanie Miller and Robert Charles "Charlie" III; his siblings, Michael Miller, Sharon Mangum (Chuck) and Wayne Miller (Chris); his mother-in-law Bonnie Carper; and his brother-in-law Larry Carper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
