He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Kevin Mullineaux (Betsy) and Mollie Lindsey (Jamison); his grandsons, Cory Mullineaux (Haley), Brody Lindsey and Jake Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Autumn and James Mullineaux; and his close friends, Sam Gladhill, Janie Gartner, Franny Flook, Peggy Easterday, Michael, Curtis Lawson, Charlie Wood, Thomas Myers, Connor Brown and Donald Burdette.
