It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Elaine Foster (Damascus, Maryland), who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood King and Virginia King. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Foster of Damascus and Tammy Israel (James) of Victoria, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Janelle Averill, Daniel Foster (Caroline), Brooke, Taylor, Megan Israel and Nicole Padgett (Chris); and her sister Judy Knoll (Tom). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
