He was predeceased by: his wife Carole McAlister (Burdette); and his in-laws, Martha and Ray Luhn. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Magas, MD (George) and Ricky McAlister (Jill); his grandchildren, Marc (Ali), Nick (Katie), Eric (Emily), Alec Magas (Tiffany), Abbey and Leslie McAlister (Spencer); and his great grandchildren, Cade, Riley Magas and Scottie Magas.
