He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark P. Beall Sr. and Annie Thompson Beall; and his brother Charlie Beall. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary; his daughter Mandy German (Ronnie); his granddaughter Sophia; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Beall and Bonnie Reed; his nieces, Laura Nichols, Heather Michnya (Ryan), Meaghan Yoho (John) and Katie Jansen (Matt); his nephew Patrick Reed (Kris); and his extended family Marines. He is also survived by coworkers, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Damascus VFD Activities Center (10211 Lewis Dr, Damascus, MD 20872). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
