He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frazier and Grace Frazier; and his sister Jane Frazier Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Kevin (Georgia) and David Andrew; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Camden; his sister Elizabeth Del LaTorre (Tony); and his brother-in-law Paul Kerr.
