David W. Payne Obituary
The memory of David W. Payne (Damascus, Maryland), who passed away on June 7, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsay Jennings Payne and Evelyn "Abbie" Callahan Payne; and his brothers, Tommy, Jeff and Edward Frankenburger.
He is survived by: his wife Kelley; his children, Lindsay and Hunter; his grandchildren, Emma and Vincent; and his brother Dale Payne (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Difference Makers Church (11210 Bethesda Church Rd, Damascus, MD 20872).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's.
