Evelyn D. Hilton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn D. Hilton of Damascus, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Beall Day and James Willard Day; her husband Robert Hilton; her sister Ginny Locke; her daughter-in-law Tarra Woodfield Hilton; her grandson Matthew Rhodes; and her brothers-in-law, Ruben Locke and Kenneth Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Brown (Terry), Gail Hudlow (Joel), Sue Hilton (Tom Terpilak), Sharon Rhodes (Mark) and Robert R. Hilton; and her siblings, James Rudell Day (Cici) and MaryJane Walter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethesda United Methodist Church (11901 Bethesda Church Rd, Damascus, MD 20872). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
