It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irwin H. Isaacs (Damascus, Maryland), born in Glenelg, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Howard Isaacs and Cora Eyre Isaacs Putman; his wife Virginia Hawkins Isaacs; his siblings, Lucille Isaacs of Baltimore and Calvin Isaacs of Kemptown; and his son-in-law Gary Mueller of Colorado.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Skipper of Parkville, Maryland; his sister-in-law Georgia Tucker of Jefferson, Maryland; his children, Michael Isaacs (Rebecca) of Urbana and Suzanne Isaacs of Jefferson, Maryland; his granddaughters, Kristen Isaacs Miller (Shawn) of Eldersburg and Jaimee Isaacs Swinimer (Jaime) of Frederick; and his great grandchildren, Alena Miller Muller (Will) of Woodbine, Jonathan Miller, Darick Swinimer, Cole Swinimer, Micah Miller and Aliyah Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Damascus American Legion or Fisher House.
