He is survived by: his former wife Marion Dillow (Medairy); his girlfriend Patsy McGaha; his children, James Dillow Jr. (Frederick) and Lynn Clay (Joe) of Boyds; and his siblings, Mary Ann Oliver (Charlestown), John Dillow (Bunkerhill), Daniel Dillow (Charlestown) and Dale Dillow (Ranson). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
