It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth R. Shipe of Damascus, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Rita Jane Shipe (Marshall); his daughter Payton Kathleen Shipe; his sisters, Angela Shipe and Jennifer Shipe; his grandmother Judy Marshall; his siblings' children, Cody, Chase and Layla; and his cousin Danielle.
