He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Smith (Stacy); his children, Kimberly (Wayne Herndon) of Mount Airy, Karen (Steve Brightwell) of Boonsboro and Kenny Smith (Karen) of Libertytown; his grandchildren, Michelle (Nick Mangiameli), Catherine (Teddy Thornhill), Ashley (Steven Crncic), Rachel Brightwell, Kenneth Smith (Trey) and Jordan Smith; his great grandchildren, Easton Brightwell, Tessa Crncic and Brantley Miller; his brother-in-law Irv (Sandie Stacy); his siblings, Pat (Dan Cooper) and Ray Smith; and his friend Roy Stanley.
