She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Watkins and Lois Watkins (Ray); her former husband Charles J. Green, Jr.; her brother Parker Watkins; and her nephew Jon Watkins.

She is survived by: her children, Ray Green (Sandy) of Frederick, MD, Rita Alexander (Rob) and Jim Green (Kathy) of Ellicott City, MD; her grandchildren, Kristi Kehrer (Grant) of Frederick, MD, Kerri Watts (Jason) of Bel Air, MD, Chris Alexander (Chrissy), Adam Alexander (Nicole), Ostelsheim (Germany), Allison Green of Halethorpe, MD and Megan Green (Justin Green) of Baltimore, MD; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Finn Marini, Maddie, Alex Watts of Bel Air, MD, Carlie, Drew Alexander, Gabe, Anna, Lucy, Michael, Charlie Alexander, Ostelsheim and Germany; her sister-in-law Patricia Watkins; and her sibling's children, Jay Watkins (Debbie) and Patti Gail Lenko (Dan).

“Majorie was a great friend to my mother at Lorien. They were matched up to eat together when my parents first moved there and she was a true support person with my father’s Alzheimer’s. She and my mother quickly became wonderful friends. She was always happy and her welcoming smile will be greatly missed.”
