She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Welford and Elizabeth Welford; her husband Richard Garbett; and her children, Barbara Campion (Leo), Peggy Strang, Mary Jurgens (Dave) and Rick Garbett (Debbie). She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
