He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tobias and Helen Susan Bankert Bowman; his wife N. Ruth Perry; and his brother Robert T. Bowman. He is survived by: his children, Paul Bowman Jr. (Susie), James Bowman (Sandy), Christine Kellerman (Richard), Frances Moss (Dave) and Gail Windsor. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Paul can be made to Frederick Hospice or James Stockman Cancer Center.
