He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Frank Ertter and Gladys I. Ertter (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Sally Ertter; his children, Laurie Watkins (Daniel), Tammy Ertter, Michael Ertter (Erica) and Scott Ertter (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Kelly, Michael (Katelynn), Braeden, Jackson, Reagan and Gabriella; his great grandchildren, Sydney and Samuel; and his close friends, Penny Belt and Norbie Kaelin.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his memory to the Damascus Volunteer Fire Department or the Alzheimer's Association.
