He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barron Clagett, Sr. and Margaret Clagett (Higgins). He is survived by: his family, Deborah Clagett, Robert Barron Clagett, III and Richard Kuhlman, Jr. (Carol Marie); his sister Linda Stuntz (John); and his friend Century Ford.
